How we recommend

The demo decides it, not a comparison table.

Tell us your team size and how the office runs today: Excel and WhatsApp, another system, or a mix. We'll walk your own workflow in the demo and recommend the plan in writing, with what your setup includes stated clearly in the proposal.

01

Team size

How many people quote, operate, and handle money. That sets the seat count.

02

Setup depth

Moving off spreadsheets is one kind of setup. Guided finance setup, covering vendor costs, payables, expenses, and roles, is another.

03

Control workflow

If you want margin, audit visibility, and access control run properly, that's Control territory.

FAQ

Pricing questions

What is the difference between Operations and Control?

Operations is designed for teams that want the daily revenue workflow under control: quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, receivables, and VAT-ready documents, for up to 4 active named users and up to 60 new jobs a month. Control is designed for owners and managers who want the finance layer run properly on top. That adds vendor bills, LPOs, payables, expenses, job profitability, role-based access, audit visibility, and advanced reports, for up to 10 users and up to 150 new jobs a month, with guided finance setup and founder-priority support during onboarding.

How do the user and job limits work?

Each plan is sized for a team. Operations covers up to 4 users and 60 new jobs a month, Control up to 10 users and 150 new jobs a month, both on one company workspace. If your team is bigger than that, runs more jobs, or needs multiple companies or branches, that is what Custom is for. We size it with you in the demo so you start on the right plan.

Can we start with Operations and move to Control later?

Yes. Many teams start by getting the operational workflow steady, then step up when they want deeper finance control, more seats, or more monthly job capacity. Moving up is a plan change, not a migration. Your data and workflow stay exactly where they are.

Are features hard-gated between plans?

Veloxa is demo-led and onboarding-led. We recommend the plan based on team size, setup depth, and the level of finance and control workflow you want to run. We will be clear in the proposal about what your setup includes.

Why not just Zoho Books?

Zoho Books is accounting software. Veloxa is built around the freight workflow before the accounts are finalized: quote, job, vendor cost, invoice, payment, margin, and receivables. Many companies may still keep their accountant or accounting tool. Veloxa helps the freight office send cleaner, more connected data into that process.

Is there a free trial?

We do something better than an empty trial: a guided demo on a real freight workflow, then onboarding where we set up your company, users, and contacts with you. You're never left alone with a blank screen.

Is there a contract?

Plans are monthly rolling. Cancel with 30 days' notice. No long-term lock-in.

What does onboarding involve?

We set up your company, create your users, import your customer and vendor list with you, and train your team on the workflow they'll actually use. On Control, that includes guided finance setup: vendor costs, payables, expenses, and role-based access configured for your team.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your data is yours. If you leave, we provide exports of your data on request.

Taxes?

Taxes, if applicable, will be shown clearly on the invoice.
